Order and Payments
How can I check the status of my order?
You may check the status of your order by contacting the Seller through email or by assessing “My Order”.
Can I amend the quantity ordered?
We regret that no amendments can be made to the submitted order. If you like to add on to the order, please make a fresh order.
Why is my order cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled due to the stock level, or your payment transaction was rejected or there is no shipping company that delivers to your address.
How will I be refunded for my cancelled order?
Since the item was not able to be delivered, we will be reaching you via email to manage the amount to be refunded. Normally through Telegraphic Transfers for Debit Card charges and if payment by Credit Card, we will advise the Credit Card company.
What are the accepted payment methods?
You can pay via credit card, debit card or online banking. Note Online banking is only for Malaysia.
If you receive an SMS from your Credit Card company or bank, this only means that your issuing card or account has been charged to the seller.
Are all Credit Cards accepted?
At present, we only accept VISA, MASTER cards issued globally.
If my order is already completed, can I still change to another payment method?
Sorry our system is currently unable to change payment method. You may contact us via email to cancel the order and place a new order.
One Time Password (OTP)
Your OTP is a password that is valid for only one login session or transaction, on a computer system or a digital device. A password will be sent to the registered phone number of the card holders. It is generated randomly. The OTP prevents users’ passwords from being duplicated or abused, and avoids inconvenience caused by the lost passwords.
When paying by Credit Card Online, “Already Verified the Order is yet to be competed” appears.
When the website window is closed or the internet connection is disrupted while sending out their credit card information or awaiting verification, the system will not complete the order. So, although the order amount is verified by the bank, Genesis Opus will not debit the amount from the bank. Please redo the payment procedure for the items in your shopping cart, to complete the order. Rest assured the this will not result in a double payment.
Note when you pay Online via Credit Card
You will be charged only when your order is completed, and the product(s) ordered are in stock.
TRANSPORT OR DELIVERY METHOD
What are the type of delivery options?
We offer only one delivery option which is Home Delivery via designated delivery companies in your area.
For Malaysia it is inclusive in the selling price.
For international delivery there is an additional cost which is already calculated in the selling price.
If you purchase up to 5 items, there will be a discount of US$10 for each item or/and
if you purchase more than 5 and up to 10 items, there will be a discount of US$20 for each item. This offer may be subject to change if this promotion period is over.
How long will I need to wait for my order to reach me?
If the product ordered is in stock, the order will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days (excluding customs clearing time.
Within Malaysia - The item(s) will take about 14 days to reach your assigned address.
International delivery – The item(s) will take about 21 days to reach your assigned address.
During Malaysia National Public holidays, festive seasons, ad any unforeseeable natural disasters, delivery lead time might be extended accordingly.
If the item is out of stock, we will be reaching out to you via email to advise you on the status.
Do you have a purchase limit for delivery?
Minimum order is one (1) item.
How do I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address by sending us an email to advise us of the new address. However, if item has been shipped out, we are not able to retrieve the item and we will not be able to provide a refund.
What if I notice I have keyed-in the wrong delivery address after completing my order?
Kindly contact us via email within 8 hours of your order. Your shipping address will be changed as requested. Please be remaindered that your shipping address cannot be changed after the item has been shipped out.
How do I track my order?
Once the item is shipped out, we will advise you via email the tracking number, courier company information and your order number.
How do I know if my item has been shipped out?
After your item has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification (Shipping Notice), to notify you of your item’s status together with the tracking number, courier company information and your order number.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
Order Cancellation Policy
An order or any part of an order cannot be cancelled once your payment is completed and charged to your Credit Card or Bank Account.
You cannot cancel your order after having read and accepted the Online Terms & Conditions.
All items are non-returnable, once sold, unless it is damaged/low quality items. In the latter case, kindly report to us via email and within 3 days after receiving your order. All items(s) returned must be in their original shipping condition with the packaging and accessories. Failure to do so, will result in no-refund.

1. If the item is defective and/or damaged.

1. Used or intentionally damaged items(s)
2. When item(s) are unboxed, not return in full set or are missing accessories.
3. The item(s) has been torn or dirty or scratched.
Is there an expiry date to return or replace an item?
All defective item(s) must be reported to seller within 3 days of receiving the item(s) via email and to attach pictures as proof of damaged item(s).
How to return or replace an item?
Please contact us via email and give us reasons as to why the item(s) needs to be returned or replaced within 3 working days upon receiving the item(s). We will advise you how to return the item(s).
If a Buyer returns or replaces too many times, the Seller has the right to reject the request and deprive him/her of any refund or replacement.
